Engineering & Software Consultants, Inc. (ESCINC) was founded in September 1997 and is headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia. ESCINC is woman/minority-owned and an SBA certified Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).

ESCINC provides information technology services that include general and custom programming services, software development for engineering applications and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), data mining, database development, data migration, and migration of legacy applications to the Internet.

Additionally, ESCINC provides technical expertise in Engineering Science and Civil Engineering areas and software solutions to general Engineering problems.

ESCINC provides a comprehensive set of civil engineering services that include non-destructive evaluation, general research laboratory operations and maintenance support, asphalt binder and mixture testing; laboratory and in-situ soils testing; geotechnical design and geotechnical analysis; technical support services in other areas of civil engineering.
